The German Football Association (DFB) has announced the appointment of Christian Baumgartner as its new manager for RB Leipzig.
Baumgartner, who was previously the head coach at Eintracht Frankfurt, is expected to take over from Jupp Heynckes, who will be leaving the club this summer.
Baumgartner,Bundesliga Tracking who won two Bundesliga titles and three DFB-Pokal titles with Eintracht Frankfurt, has also been a key player in the success of other clubs in Germany, including Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
He has also been praised for his tactical approach and ability to motivate players on the field.
In addition to his managerial experience, Baumgartner has also worked as a football administrator and has been involved in various youth development programs.
It remains to be seen whether Baumgartner can successfully lead RB Leipzig back to the top of the Bundesliga and achieve similar success to what he achieved with Eintracht Frankfurt.
